Just a boring, but relaxing day.

Karen - That is why everything at the grocery store has nearly doubled in price, too. It takes trucks to get it to the store and those truck drivers are being punished with this high price of diesel. It is a shame for our government to allow such gouging.Jana Allardhttps://www.blogger.com/profile/11339441184005532875noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-3168370005753091919.post-52240055891947649722008-05-26T18:49:00.000-07:002008-05-26T18:49:00.000-07:00We are spending our Memorial Day in San Francisco ...We are spending our Memorial Day in San Francisco as we both has medical appointments starting tomorrow in the City. On the way up last Thursday, we saw diesel for $5.63 a gallon near Kings City (and can you believe it, it was at a truck stop).Karen J. We went to Home Depot today and did a bit of damage, then came home to re-pot some root-bound herbs and free up some post for annuals. I bought two hanging baskets (pink begonias and mixed petunias) and flats of vinca (for the front entrance) and white begonias and pink vinca for pots on the deck. I have the ones on the front still to plant and two plants that need re-potting. Then , maybe buy a couple more flowers to plant. Actually it's a project we start on Memorial Day.DeadMulehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/01209584859435270113noreply@blogger.com
