Continue

They may see the good you do as self serving.
Continue to do good.

They may see your generosity as grandstanding.
Continue to be generous.

They may see your warm and caring nature as a weakness.
Continue to be warm and caring.

For you see, in the end, it is between you and God.
It never was between you and them anyway.

  1. Great quote. It is the "they" in life that paralyze too many. Be true to God and be who God divinely designed you to be...because it is all about your relationship with Him.

  2. I am so thankful that God sees the heart. Love, Helen

  3. Mark - "they" is what causes most of the trouble. Always un-named and the stories told so "factually."

    Helen - Amen and amen!

  4. That's so true. You know its amazing when people give up on God while blaming the people. I pray that people will realize they don't serve God because they go to the "perfect church" with "perfect people", but they go to church because they are in love with the one who created all of us.

    Hope you're doing well.

  5. Jana, Do you have any objection to me posting this, also? I won't do so, if you'd rather I didn't. You don't even need to explain. Helen

  6. Who are "THEY" anyway? If "THEY" are not willing to say who "THEY" are, then does it really matter what "THEY" say, anyway? Give me friends that are true-blue and are not afraid to stand up for what is right no matter what "THEY" may say!

  7. Von - I have heard it said, "We are imperfect people, going to an imperfect, church, to be led by a perfect God." (something to that effect) Thanks for dropping by.

  10. Great quote. There are a lot of "they" out there... but He is so much bigger than all of them! And He is who really matters. Thank you for the reminder!

  11. Rochelle - I like your line, "He is so much bigger then all of them." That is so true!!! I sing a song on my CD titled "How Big Is God?" Your line made me think of the song and how big God really is!!

  12. Great quote, Jana. Sometimes people may not understand and misjudge our motives, but God sees our hearts, and He is the One that really matters.
