Now, isn't that a novel idea? Let respect first come from within! Hopefully, you are catching my sarcasm. There have been many times when someone was demanding respect and I heard another respond with, "Respect is earned." If you desire respect, let respect ooze from you. Guaranteed you will then earn respect.
