Pismo Beach, California

Seems like I have been talking much about tradition and here's some more. When we visit Pismo Beach we always eat clam chowder and fish and chips at Splash Cafe then walk down to the pier. Bryn and Blake love to walk all the way to the end of the pier. Along the way, they run, holler, and chase seagulls. Are there things you traditionally do when you visit certain cities?

Awww...not asleep and still sweet
Blake wistfully looking at the water.
His broken arm kept him from playing in the sand and water.

    How is Sis. Wilson doing?
Splash is OK but, in my personal idea, Brad's is the best!

  3. Mervi - My mom is home and is doing better. The hallucinations have nearly stopped and she is not needing pain meds so often. She will see the orthopedic doctor Friday. Hopefully, we will find out if it is healing correctly.

BTW, we are just stuck with going to Splash. We love their fish and chips and chowder. Of course, we have to get an entire grilled loaf to dip in the chowder. LOL

Mark - I wish we could get away and meet you guys there.

  4. Splash for chowder; Brad's for fish; and Brad's patio for atmosphere. However I completely enjoy either, and since they are across the street from each other, it allows me to decide which door I want to walk through. PS: Glad to hear your mom is doing better. We are praying.
