The other day I actually got my two redheads to stand still long enough for a snapshot. It has been awhile since I captured the two together. They are growing like bad weeds! Do you think it would slow it down if I put books on their heads? LOL Life - it either moves too slow or too fast. I think I am on the downhill and it seems to be flying.

I remember hearing this expression all the time as I was in my teens. I didn't really "get it" but I do now. The years seem to pass by in the blink of an eye. I find myself attempting to slow down time to appreciate the vanishing amounts of time my baby (who is no longer a baby) lets me hug on her!
ReplyDeleteCute picture!
Rochelle - Blake always kisses me good-bye when he leaves for school in the morning and kisses me every night. I've been wondering when that will end and hoping it never does. I can't stop time, but it would be nice to slow it a little. :)
ReplyDeleteTime sure does fly! I must be having fun! I think Jana instead of books, use bricks and cancel ALL birthdays....That's my philosophy, but no one will let me try it on them! But looks the "Booger Bears" is no longer the little Booger Bears!
ReplyDeleteJana, Cute picture! Yes time seems to fly. It seems like yesterday when we brought our son curtis home from the hospital in Los Gatos, Ca.
ReplyDeleteI just got home from taking him to the school to go to Gatlinburg, Tn, for his senior trip.
Yes time flies!!
Awww, they're so cute. Love the hair!
ReplyDeleteJana, the picture is just too adorable. I can't believe how much they are growing!
ReplyDeleteWow, Blake is getting so tall. Getting to be quite a young man, and now towers over his sister. Time does fly.
ReplyDeleteEveryone - thanks for the kind comments.
