Before talent show, her tooth was loose. I told her not to wriggle it until after talent show so she would sing more clearly. Because of this, Bryn was afraid to lose the tooth thinking "she would sound funny." The tooth was so loose it was protruding forward and she nicknamed herself, "Nanny McPhee." Everytime we would check to see how loose the tooth was, she would get scared thinking it was going to hurt and she would "sound funny." Finally, before bed last night, her daddy checked it and out came the tooth. She didn't know if she should laugh or cry as she bounced into the kitchen to get some water to rinse her mouth. During the night, the tooth fairy made a visit and left Bryn five dollars!

Mom I would not cry if any of my teeth fall out.
ReplyDeleteBryn
Bryn - you are a big girl and I am proud of you. Soon, you will have a new tooth.
ReplyDeleteBryn, I love the new smile. You are just too adorable!!
ReplyDeleteI love 'missing tooth' pics! Just something about the innocence of a child that makes everyone smile.
ReplyDelete$5? $5? Is this just inflation or what? Wow, that's a lot of money for a tooth. I will give you all of my teeth for $5 apiece!! Also, we used to get the string tied to the door treatment!!
ReplyDeleteToo Cute! And you won't sound funny either. :)
ReplyDeleteBryn is a fashion statement. Her pictures are adorable. BTW, how do I get ahold of her tooth fairy? Definitely she is not affected by the high cost of fuel.
ReplyDeleteTell Bryn she looks very cute and rich!!!
ReplyDeleteDebbie - thanks. :)
ReplyDeleteTracie - You are so right. Can't help but smile everytime I see her face.
Than - gas prices are causing everything to go up. The tooth fairy may have to stop her route.
Ronda - thanks.
Karen - I'm not sure. The tooth fairy may soon be out-of-business. Cost of flying place to place is getting too high.
Helen - and she thinks she is rich with that five dollars.
Bryn,
ReplyDeleteYou are a doll! $5? Next time leave a note for the tooth fairy that your precious teeth are worth a lot more than that! (smiles)
What a big event! Bryn, congratulations girl! I'm looking at photos and reading about your lives and Bryn is most outgoing and doesn't have a shy bone in her body. Wonder where she gets that from? And Blake. I am in awe of his "grownupness." He is precious and has such a sweet spirit. Bryce. WOW. The LOOOWWWW notes that he hits amazes me. The girls and I watched a couple of his videos and were freaking out! He is wonderful. Jana, your children truly love God. It shows in their talents and abilities, their personalities. You are such a good friend and mother. You are so caring, fun and bright(like sunburst bright! You are radiant in word and deed) Jana! Love you! -Jamie p.s. LOVE the "anonymous" comment P.s.s THANK YOU for the GRAND Shout Out!! WOW...truly humbled.
ReplyDeleteMonica - you are the first one that doesn't think $5 is enough. I know there is inflation, but I was thinking that was kinda cheap myself in spite of everyone elses comments. LOL
ReplyDeleteJamie - awwwww....you are so sweet. I wish we could all get together, have a big dinner, and catch up on the last few years.
Bryn is adorable... If I were old enough and able to support her, I would def. try kidnapping her! LOL Give me 2 years... LOL jk
ReplyDeleteCarissa - two more years and she will probably be bigger than you. LOL You'd probably have a hard time catching her. LOL
ReplyDeleteShe is so cute! I remember having no two front teeth. Take lots of pictures to display at her wedding/graduation, etc. LOL Love the red hair, too!
ReplyDeleteBryn is so cute. Jen was a lot of fun at that age. (of course, she is fun now too.)
ReplyDeleteJennifer - pictures are great, huh? They can be used for special occasions or blackmail. LOL
ReplyDeleteCarol - Having a daughter is so much fun. She brings light to our house.
