Tagged

I was tagged by Sis. Hopper and I will respond only because she is such a sweet person I can't say no to her.

RULE ONE: Grab one of the books closest to me, go to page 56, type the fifth line and the next two to five lines that follow.
RULE TWO: Pick five people who love books (I think) and who could receive the Bookworm award with honor.

"But if the ox were wont to push with his horn in time past, and it hath been testified to his owner, and he hath not kept him in, but that he hath killed a man or a woman; the ox shall be stoned, and his owner also shall be put to death." Exodus 21:29

Does this mean you better keep your animals in your own yard? LOL

  1. Oophs! Would love to hear a sermon using this scripture. lol Thank you Jana. Didn't even consider your schedule when I tagged you - just wanted to tag people dear to me. And your family is that to me and Bro. Hopper.

  2. Karen - I thought that was a rather funny scripture to land on. :) I will say, that was an interesting game of tag.

  3. Hi Jana, Karen got tagged by me. And I got tagged by Pris Campbell. I would have ignored it, if I didn't like Pris so much. Goodness, but it's a busy time. But then, if we are so busy we don't have time for people, well. . . . LOL

  4. Helen - yes, we must never get too busy that we exclude friends. I have been writing several posts at a time and scheduling them to post which makes it appear I am working on my blog almost daily. In reality, I haven't been able to keep up with my blog as much as I would like but, hopefully, I will be somewhat caught up in a few days and can relax in the blogging world a little more. :) Hope you are having a great holiday season.

  5. This is a fun idea! I think I'll put it on my blog in a couple of weeks. =D
By the way, I tried the same thing: Here's what I got:
"Perhaps this story, told by Louise's minister, will help: A grandfather was talking to his grandson. "Grandson, " he said, "there are two wolves living in my heart and they are at war with each other. One is vicious and cruel, the other is wise and kind."
"Grandfather," said the alarmed grandson, which one will win?"
"The one I feed," said the grandfather.
