Here's An Update

Graphic designs to the cover of my son's CD came in my e-mail today. I just couldn't resist sharing it with you. His CD is, hopefully, going to duplication tomorrow and will be released very soon. If you would like to hear some clips from the new CD, please visit his website. www.bryceallard.com Sorry for my constant bragging, but I am a very proud Mom.

  3. Jana,

I guess you can say there is a memory etched in my mind of the first time I saw Bryce sing. He was just a child, but I remember thinking how well he sang. After all of these years, he is still singing and what a magnificent voice! I'll tag onto what Cheri said, "what a blessing you have." So, brag or share on, we always enjoy reading Jana's life stories. :)

  4. Congratulation! Wow, what a voice! I listened to the CD on Bryce's website. You ought to be proud. It's a "proud" only parents understand.

  5. Thank you all for being so nice and understanding. I might add, not only is Bryce a great singer, but he leads our church into a higher dimension of worship and brings the most visitors on a consistent basis. We are blessed beyond measure. I pray daily for God to continue to guide my children's lives and I know you do the same for yours. Blessings to you all!

  6. Sis. Allard, I just discovered your blog and it's wonderful! You sound like a fun person. It's okay to brag on your son. He has made you proud. :) My boys know your son from Camps and Conventions. They tell me he has a great voice and he's a really nice guy. My 20 year old son has a dream to record a CD also. Hopefully some day it will come true for him. We have stayed in a trailer @ Camp Meeting in Santa Maria across the driveway from you guys for the last few years now. Every day I would look for your little girl to see what adorable outfit she was wearing! :) You dress her soooooo cute! I love her red curls, too! My husband has worked with your husband and son on the breakdown of the tent in the past. My husband speaks highly of yours. :) I'm curious, do you homeschool your kids?
We attend Bro. & Sis. Hurst's church in Hollister. It's so fun "fellowshipping" on the blogs of people of "like precious faith".:D
    God bless you!
    Love, Tena Valenti

  7. Tena - thanks for stopping by my blog and your many sweet compliments. I don't recognize your name, but I'm sure if we were face-to-face I would remember you. No, I do not homeschool my children. Bryce went to a rural school through 6th grade and then was in a Christian school from 7th to 11th grade. He is an excellent student and graduated early to start college. He is now a junior at Cal State University Bakersfield. My two youngest children attend a public school that is just a block down the street from our home. It is a California Distinguished School. Bryn is only in kindergarten, but is in an accelerated class. Blake is considered to be a G.A.T.E. student. It is a special program for children who are gifted academically. He is just naturally brilliant. My husband has been a substitute teacher in our area. This gives him much insight to the schools. I know many people fear sending their children to public school, but the best thing is to be actively involved in the school This gives you a greater connection to the administration. Spiritually speaking, if you have trained your child right and they are confident in their Christianity, they will do just fine. If they are proud of their church, they will be a great light. Our oldest son consistenly brings the most visitors to our services. The catch? He brags about our church to everyone and they are so curious they come to see what it is all about. Now about your children - you said your son would love to record. Please e-mail me and I will share some information with you that could possibly make his dream come true. My e-mail address is: ballard@bak.rr.com.
